8 80's Fashion Trends for Men That We Still Love in 2018

‘80s fashion was all about opulence. The name of the game was big and bold, whether that had to do with color, print, or silhouette as a whole. And, while we’re well-versed in the women’s micro-mini dresses, puff sleeves, and neon-colored looks of the decade, ‘80s fashion for men rings just as loud when it comes to stylish fashion statements we still love today. Style ran the gamut in the 1980s, from casual Canadian tuxedos made of light wash denim shirts that were tucked into slim medium wash jeans, to tailored suiting that often had oversized shoulder pads much like the womenswear. There were rolled-sleeve T-shirts, bomber jackets, and more wardrobe staples that filled a menswear shopper's closet decades ago and we still want to shop it all today.

Designers such as Saint Laurent, Gucci, and more have brought back some of the most head-turning looks of the decade past and the looks have quickly infiltrated not only the fashion set, but all mens’ fashion — from tracksuits to suiting and everything in between. Below, find the biggest ‘80s fashion trends for men that we still love today.
